Most orders leave the studio in 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery usually lands in 3 to 6 working days. You will get a tracking link the moment your order moves. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery costs show at checkout and we run free delivery promos on select drops. If a parcel looks late, reply to your order email and we will nudge the courier.
You have 30 days from delivery to send items back in unworn condition with tags intact. Start a return by emailing orders@controversialculture.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We can swap sizes or issue a refund to your original payment method once the item is checked. Allow a few working days for banks to process refunds. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it fast. Defects get a prepaid label, other returns use customer postage unless otherwise stated. Customised items are final unless faulty.
